Technologist Manual approved by Board of Regents

I am also pleased to announce that after two years of review, the revised Technologist Manual was approved by the Board of Regents at the June meeting.  The new manual can be found in the Administrative Manual under Policies on DRI's internal web site with links to the Human Resources web site and the TAC website.  Information in the manual is current as of the June approval date and all previous versions of the manual are null and void. All technologists will be sent a hard copy of the manual and supervisors can request a manual from the Human Resources Office.

The manual was reorganized to better align topics that were related to each other, and some policy changes were made that will be described in an e-mail to technologists and supervisors from the HR Office. Once technologists and supervisors have an opportunity to review the new manual, they can address any questions to the HR Office.

Until next time,
Dr. Stephen Wells
